After a busy weekend of celebrating birthdays for myself @nicoleyaffabella and @babyteddyroccowogman 2nd birthday 🎉 party, it was time for my husband @natedogggy to finally relax. I treated him to a wonderful session of reflexology with the outstanding @reena_halai1985 #solefulbyreena for a much deserved treat. Nathan regularly suffers with his ankles due to arthritis and has reflexology frequently. He thought Reena was wonderful and extremely professional, he was fast asleep within 15 minutes. Feeling extremely peaceful after my wonderful mediation session with @shelleyb_yogi. As you all know I find it extremely difficult to switch off, however this hour was a true gift to myself where I indulged in total relaxation. After a super stressful afternoon of Teddy not sleeping 😌, even though I took him swimming to try and tire the little man out, I was very excited when my delicious package from @skinnybakery arrived. I rushed to open it and also smashed my husbands new I-phone along the way (secret I have done this before but it went into the washing machine.) With him not being best pleased, I tried to make peace by offering a scrumptious #skinnycookiesandcreampearl his favourite, which went down a dream. I had one and also sampled the flapjacks with my friend who was over for the afternoon, she loved them too. The best thing about @skinnybakery is they are all delicious, guilt-free treats with just a pinch of calories. I know what I will be diving into this Autumn/Winter xoxox

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone in #lasvegas. To think we visited Mandalay Bay earlier this year breaks my heart. Unfortunately when we were there, we witnessed a shooting outside our hotel @cosmopolitan_lv which was extremely terrifying. This has to stop, the world has turned into such a cruel place.

It's October, my favorite time of the year, I have my birthday coming up in November and baby Teddy turns 2. I love all of the Autumnal fashions, sipping hot chocolates whilst staying cozy.
