8 Minute Full body Workout Before Work

So you’ve already met our fantastic personal trainer columnist, Emma Bord (if you haven’t check her out here.) We are thrilled to be sharing her latest post on how to workout in 8 minutes. For most of us time is not of the essence, but we do not want to let our fitness slack. This fantastic 8 minute sequence can either be done before work, on your lunch break (if your office do not mind,) or just before you go to bed.

 

High knees – 30 secs
Rest – 10 secs
Squat – 30 secs
Rest – 10 secs
Repeat both exercises
Star jumps – 30 secs
Rest – 10 secs
Press ups – 30 secs
Rest – 10 secs
Repeat both exercises
Alternating lunges – 30 secs
Rest – 10 secs
Mountain climbers – 30 secs
Rest – 10 secs
Repeat both exercises
Burpee – 30 secs
Rest – 10 secs
Plank – 30 secs
Rest – 10 secs
Repeat both exercises
A total of 8 mins workout… everyone has time for at that!!! And if you want a slightly longer workout, repeat again!!
