Get Stretching With Yoga

North London Calling loves to keep up-to-date with the Yoga world and agree that it’s an important practice to integrate into your life for mental, physical and spiritual health.
In North London, it’s often tricky to find a superb tutor who is experienced and flexible enough to work around your schedule. That’s why North London Calling recommends one of the best teachers around, Lauren Leach.

Lauren can get her body into positions you can only imagine that truly leave us feeling very envious but absolutely motivated to practice.

She has been travelling, teaching and studying on workshops and retreats developing her own practice and teachings. She now teaches and shares this practice with groups and private clients. Her teaching style is based around her own varied experience of yoga and through that has created a class that develops strength and suppleness, while emphasising alignment and precision. A fusion between the set sequence of the Ashtanga Primary Series and the creative flows and sequences of ‘breath synchronised movement’ found in the Vinyasa Flow style of asana practice. Her Yin and Restorative classes are designed to enable people to relax and create a peaceful state of mind.

Lauren teaches in the most effortless and fun manner,  all the time believing that yoga should be an individual and safe practice. She is a qualified and registered with Yoga Alliance. More information to follow on Classes and Workshops in January 2017.

Lauren is based in Mill Hill but is happy to offer private one on one sessions either at her studio or in the comfort of your own home within the North London vicinity.
